ポイント

・難治性OABの暫定的な定義は，「一次治療である行動療法および各種抗コリン薬（経口薬・貼付薬）やβ₃作動薬を含む薬物療法を単独ないし併用療法として，少なくとも12週間の継続治療を行っても抵抗性である場合」である．

・OABに対する一次治療の有効性は，「切迫性尿失禁回数の50％以上の改善」や「患者評価による有効性」をもって暫定的に判断され，これを満たさない場合が「抵抗性」に該当する．
