神経変調療法の現状と未来展望

・本邦でOABに対し，保険適用となっている神経変調法には，干渉低周波療法と磁気刺激療法がある．

・OABに対する効果のメカニズムは，主に仙髄領域の求心路刺激による排尿反射の抑制によると考えられている．

・将来使用が予想される治療法に仙髄神経電気刺激法と経皮的（後）頸骨神経刺激療法がある．
