▶ポイント

・管状囊胞腎細胞癌は肉眼的にスポンジ状で，組織学的には多房囊胞性病変で，囊胞の内面は好酸性細胞質を有し，異型の目立つ細胞で被覆され，しばしば打ち釘状を呈する．

・後天性囊胞腎随伴腎細胞癌は後天性囊胞腎を背景に生じ，囊胞の内面からしばしば発生し，強い好酸性を呈する腫瘍細胞が管状，篩状，乳頭状に増殖し，微小囊胞状の増殖が特徴で，間質にはシュウ酸カルシウムの沈着がみられる．

・淡明細胞乳頭状腎細胞癌は境界明瞭で被膜を有し，しばしば囊胞形成を伴う．管状，乳頭状，腺房状，充実性，リボン状の増殖がみられ，核異型は弱く，核が内腔側に立ち上がり，横に並ぶ傾向がみられる．
