▶ポイント

・前立腺癌に対する新しいグレード分類が提唱され，ISUPにより承認された．

・新分類はグレードグループ1〜5によって評価される．グレードグループ1はGleasonスコア6以下に，2はGleasonスコア3＋4＝7，3はGleasonスコア4＋3＝7，4はGleasonスコア8，5はGleasonスコア9，10にそれぞれ対応する．

・この新分類は2016年に発刊された新WHO分類にも収載されており，今後は国際的な標準になると考えられる．
