▶ポイント

・IDC-Pは多くの場合でhigh-grade/stageの浸潤癌が上皮内に進展したものと考えられ，生検検体/全摘検体におけるIDC-Pは患者予後不良因子となる．

・IDC-Pの診断基準として，前駆病変であるHGPINとの鑑別に重点をおいたものがいくつか提唱されている．

・少数のIDC-Pは浸潤癌との関連がみられないことから，現状ではIDC-Pを単独でGleason gradeに対応させるべきではなく，これらの症例を加味した臨床的意義に関してはさらなる検討が待たれる．
