▶ポイント

・旧分類のIntratubular germ cell neoplasia, unclassified（IGCNU）は，Germ cell neoplasia in situ（GCNIS）に名称が変わった．

・精巣胚細胞腫瘍はGCNIS由来胚細胞腫瘍とGCNIS非関連胚細胞腫瘍に大別され，奇形腫と卵黄囊腫瘍はGCNIS由来胚細胞腫瘍の思春期後型と，GCNIS非関連胚細胞腫瘍の思春期前型に分けられた．

・精母細胞性セミノーマは精母細胞性腫瘍と名称が変わり，GCNIS非関連胚細胞腫瘍に分類された．
