▶ポイント

・尿細胞診報告書の統一を主な目的とした『泌尿器細胞診報告様式2015』が日本から発信され，国際的には『Paris System』が刊行された．

・本邦の報告様式は包括的であるのに対し，『Paris System』は高異型度尿路上皮癌を軸としている．

・両報告様式は，エビデンスが十分ではない状況での公表であり，今後の修正による発展と国内外での統一が期待される．
