▶ポイント

・危険因子を有する患者の腹腔鏡下手術では，手術体位などの手術操作以外の部分でも注意が必要である．

・手術体位に起因する神経筋障害はむしろ増加しており，見逃されることがないように手術チームとして対策を行う必要がある．

・体位関連合併症の予防には，患者や手術条件，手術チームの危険因子を把握し，事前の準備や術中の対策を講じることが重要である．
