▶ポイント

・骨盤内手術（前立腺全摘除術・膀胱全摘除術）において，開腹手術か腹腔鏡下手術かの手術方法の選択は安全に手術を行うために重要である．

・骨盤内手術における腹腔鏡下手術は，気腹圧に伴う出血量の減少が期待できる．

・腹部手術既往症例においては，開腹手術で行うか腹腔鏡下手術で行うかの判断は，既往手術の創のない部分からの試験観察で安全に判断できる．

・骨盤内腹腔鏡下手術を行う場合，長時間の低頭位による影響なども総合的に考慮して手術適応を判断すべきである．
