▶ポイント

・前立腺全摘除術における腸管損傷は一定の確率で起こりうる合併症として常に念頭に置き手術に臨む必要がある．

・術中認識できない腸管損傷は熱損傷によることが多く前立腺尖部から尿道後面と直腸の間の剝離にはhot deviceを使用すべきでない．

・術中認識できた腸管損傷は確実な二層縫合にて修復でき，多くの場合人工肛門造設は不要である．
