▶ポイント

・乳幼児では側腹部切開によるdismembered pyeloplastyが標準術式である．

・腹腔鏡下腎盂形成術・後腹膜鏡下腎盂形成術は腹腔鏡下手術の技量および経験を十分に有する術者が行うべきである．

・欧米ではロボット支援腹腔鏡下腎盂形成術が普及しつつある．
