▶ポイント

・どのVUR手術においても合併症が存在するが頻度は少ない．

・VUR手術により確実なVUR消失を目指し，尿管通過障害，対側VUR出現，排尿機能障害，尿路感染の出現を防ぐことが重要である．

・合併症対策として重要なのは，排尿自立，BBDの有無，完全重複尿管などの尿路合併症に対する十分な評価とそれに応じた手術術式の選択である．
