▶ポイント

・全VUR患児の3％程度が小児CKDへ進展し，また全VUR患児の1％程度がESRDへ進展している．

・手術療法は，腎機能障害の進行速度には影響を与える可能性はあるが，腎機能の最終結果にはあまり関与しない可能性が高い．

・長期管理は，腎機能障害を早期に診断して治療介入することでその進行抑制を期待し，成長障害や心血管系障害，骨ミネラル代謝異常などの合併症を適切に予防，コントロールしていくことである．
