ポイント

・経腹膜到達法による根治的腎摘除術は腎癌に対する標準的な手術法の1つであり，7cm以下の腫瘍に対して腹腔鏡下手術が広く行われている．

・手術のポイントはポート位置，手術野の展開，腎動静脈の処理，摘除標本の回収である．

・安全に手術を行うためには，局所解剖を理解し，基本的な手技・手順を習得することが重要である．
