LOH症候群とED

▶ポイント

・加齢により男性ホルモンが低下し，勃起障害を代表に抑うつ，疲労感，筋力低下などさまざまな症状が出現する（LOH症候群）．

・LOH症候群に伴うED治療においてもPDE5阻害薬は有用である．

・勃起障害を含め，その他の症状の改善もテストステロン補充療法は期待できる．
