・前立腺癌の治療は高率に勃起障害の原因となる.
・前立腺全摘術後の勃起障害の予防として神経温存手術が発展してきた.
・前立腺全摘術後や放射線治療後の陰茎リハビリテーションが注目されているが,方法や期間など推奨プログラムの決定には今後のデータ蓄積が必要である.
・どの治療法が性機能温存に有利かは一概にはいえず,個々の症例において治療方針を選択する必要がある.
