症例 : 70代・男性

　尿閉を主訴に受診．前立腺肥大症の臨床診断で，経尿道的前立腺切除（TUR-P）が施行された．臨床的には前立腺肥大症の所見で，膀胱内には腫瘍は確認されなかった．TUR-P材料のため，十分な肉眼所見は得られていない．図1〜3は，その代表的な組織像である．
