質問 : 上皮内癌(随伴CISを含む)の診断は誰を対象にどのような方法で検査するのがよいのでしょうか?
▶ポイント
・NMIBCにおいてCISの有無は,その予後に関わる重要な因子である.
・CISを疑う場合には,TUR-BT時に前立腺部尿道を含めたランダム生検が推奨される.
・従来の白色光と比較して,NBIやPDDなどの特殊光を用いることで,CISの診断率の大幅な改善が期待できる.
