質問 : 上部尿路癌の手術後の膀胱内再発予防のためには，何が推奨されますか？

▶ポイント

・上部尿路癌術後の膀胱内再発は，多中心性発生あるいは尿路内播種によって生じると考えられる．

・播種性再発の予防には，播種細胞を減少させることと，播種細胞が膀胱癌を形成する前に膀胱内注入療法を行う2つの方法の効果が期待される．

・いずれも標準療法としては未確立であり，今後の大規模での検討が待たれる．
