▶ポイント

・精巣精子採取術により，精子を回収し，顕微授精に供することが患者カップルの希望を叶える唯一の方法である．

・理想的な精巣精子採取術は，精巣の血流低下を防ぎ，顕微授精に供するために十分な数の精子を回収することである．

・micro TESEの合併症である術後男性ホルモン低下には特に注意が必要．
