▶ポイント

・ARTの発展により，特発性乏精子症の治療法に進展はあったが，いまだ確立されたものはない．

・確立のためには，実現困難な大規模なランダム化比較試験が必要とされるが，それによっても不妊症の治療効果の実証には難しさが伴う．

・特発性男性不妊症のなかから原因を1つでも導き出すことが，薬物療法確立への最も近道となる可能性がある．
