男性不妊症における射精障害

▶ポイント

・男性不妊症外来における射精障害は，腟内射精障害，脊髄損傷に伴うもの，逆行性射精によるものが大部分である．

・治療にて射出精子が得られないときは，TESEを施行し，精巣内精子を採取する．

・腟内射精障害は治療に難渋するケースが多い．
