▶ポイント

・右腎の場合は，十二指腸，副腎中心静脈，短い右腎静脈の処理に気をつける．

・左腎の場合は，左腎静脈に個人差が多いこと，左静脈に流入する腰静脈や奇静脈が死角になることに気をつける．

・左腎の場合の周囲臓器として，脾臓，膵臓損傷に気をつける．

・開腹手術の経験が少ない医師は，経験を積む意味でも術前イメージトレーニングをしたうえで，積極的に手術に参加するべきである．
