凍結療法

▶ポイント

・小径腎癌に対するアブレーション治療として，凍結療法が保険収載され，近年増加傾向である．

・低侵襲であり局所麻酔下に施行可能で，腎機能の温存に優れた治療法である．

・腫瘍の残存・再発に対しても繰り返し治療を行うことができる．

・高齢あるいは各種合併疾患により全身麻酔や外科的切除が困難なハイリスク症例がよい適応であるが，重篤な合併症のリスクはあるため，十分なインフォームド・コンセントが必要である．

・初期治療成績は良好であるが，長期成績についてはさらなる検討が必要である．
