▶ポイント

・β₃作動薬は抗コリン薬に特徴的な副作用の発現率は少なく，ウロダイナミクス上も排尿筋収縮力の有意な低下を示さないとされている．

・前立腺肥大症に伴う過活動膀胱症状の改善に対し，α遮断薬へのβ₃作動薬追加投与は有効な薬物療法である．

・α遮断薬以外の前立腺肥大症治療薬との併用効果，および服薬継続率や長期投与の効果に対するデータは少なく，今後の検討が望まれる．
