▶ポイント

・低活動膀胱を合併する前立腺肥大症においても，まずは下部尿路閉塞を解除することが重要であり，α₁遮断薬を用いる．

・排尿筋の収縮力がある程度残存している症例では，排尿筋収縮力の増強を期待して，コリン作動薬を用いる．

・残尿が多く，機能的膀胱容量が少ないような症例では自排尿を断念し，膀胱拡張薬により蓄尿症状を抑えたうえで間欠自己導尿管理とすることもある．
