性腺外胚細胞腫瘍の診断と治療

▶ポイント

・性腺外胚細胞腫瘍は，胚細胞腫瘍全体の2〜5％できわめてまれである．

・症状の発現および診断の遅れなどもあり，精巣原発腫瘍に比べ化学療法や外科療法で完全治癒を得ることが困難である場合がある．

・化学療法の進歩により治療成績が著しく改善されたが，縦隔原発ノンセミノーマ症例は予後不良である．
