▶ポイント

・重症感染症の適正な抗菌薬治療には，的確な診断が不可欠である．

・患者デモグラフ，臨床兆候と検査所見，基礎疾患の3者を含むプロブレムリストを把握する．

・患者が重症であるほど，最悪の状態を想起した診断的対応が必要である．

・自分の診断や考察についてのセカンドオピニオンを求めてみることが推奨される．
