▶ポイント

・軽症〜中等症では，グラム陰性菌に強力な抗菌力を有し，前立腺への移行のよいフルオロキノロン系抗菌薬が推奨される．

・基礎疾患を有する症例では薬剤耐性菌が原因となる場合がある．

・合併症としての尿閉に対し，膀胱瘻は理想的だが侵襲的である．一時的な処置のため，まずは細径の尿道カテーテル留置や間歇的導尿を行う．
