骨転移に対する緩和照射

▶ポイント

・骨転移に対する緩和照射の目的は根治線量に比べて少ない線量で達成される．

・全身抗がん治療の進歩で骨転移患者の予後は延長しており，長期の制御が必要な場合には，再照射や定位照射が考慮されることもある．

・再照射に際しては，脊椎転移における脊髄のような正常臓器の耐容線量に注意が必要である．正常臓器を避けて，1回大線量を投与する定位照射があるが，精度の高い装置と熟練したスタッフのそろった環境で行われるべきである．
