▶ポイント
・Y染色体上のSRY 遺伝子は性的に未分化な胎児性腺原基(生殖隆起)に一過性に発現し,未分化性腺を精巣へと分化させる.
・性的に未分化な生殖隆起の構築,生殖隆起のオス化,生殖隆起のメス化に必要な遺伝子の変異は,性腺の消失,低形成,精巣─卵巣間での性転換を引き起こす.
・上記の遺伝子には転写関連因子,クロマチン構造制御関連因子,細胞増殖関連因子,シグナル伝達関連因子などが含まれる.
・Y染色体上の
