▶ポイント

・腹腔鏡は性腺・内性器の位置・外観・形状の観察や組織学的評価が可能で，性分化疾患の診断に必須である．

・腹腔鏡は診断だけでなく，性腺・内性器の摘除や精巣固定術など，治療にも有用である．

・腹腔鏡は術後の回復が早く，低侵襲治療として性分化疾患患児のQOL改善に寄与する．
