▶ポイント
・尿道下裂症例では程度が高度となるほど思春期の陰茎長が短くなるが,性的活動性は対照群と差がない.
・女性化外陰形成術後の長期的問題点として,腟口狭窄と外陰の知覚低下が報告されている.
・性分化疾患では,手術関連の長期的合併症のほかに妊孕性や悪性腫瘍の発生の問題があり,長期的にフォローアップ可能な体制の構築が求められる.
