▶ポイント

・クラインフェルター症候群は性染色体異常（47,XXY）を伴う性分化疾患で，女性化乳房，小さく固い精巣，無精子症を主徴とし，男性約660人に1人で生じる最も頻度の高い染色体異常である．

・多くは診断されることなく生涯を終えるが，本症候群ではさまざまな疾患の罹患率が高いことがわかってきており，今後テストステロン補充のあり方など議論が求められている．
