▶ポイント

・AVFを含めたVA手術においては，術前や周術期のコンディショニングやアセスメントが重要である．

・穿刺がしやすく，のちの管理のしやすいAVFを作製するべきである．

・術後のスパスム（血管攣縮）には十分留意する．
