ポイント
・膀胱癌は生物学的にaggressiveであり,腹腔鏡下膀胱全摘除術では腫瘍学的に厳格な操作が求められる.
・本手術においてはリンパ節郭清における内腸骨血管の露出が操作のkey stepとなる.
・ロボット支援膀胱全摘除術では開腹手術と比較して同等の腫瘍学的成績が報告されつつあり,今後の普及が期待される.
