▶ポイント

・試験穿刺での尿の吸引は必要最小限にすべきである．

・筋膜ダイレーターでのトラクト拡張では刺入方向に力が伝わるように留意する．

・造設中にガイドワイヤーが抜けないように，十分な長さのガイドワイヤーを膀胱内に留置すべきである．

・バルーンカテーテル型の膀胱瘻を挿入する際，バルーンカフの部位まで膀胱内に入っていることを確認する．
