▶ポイント

・陰囊水腫穿刺は簡便な処置であるが，合併症について十分に説明を行い，患者からインフォームド・コンセントを得たうえで行う．

・陰囊水腫穿刺はあくまで対症療法であり，不用意に穿刺を繰り返すことは避ける．

・陰囊内悪性疾患（精巣腫瘍，悪性中皮腫など）の合併を，常に念頭に置く．
