▶ポイント

・適切な手術操作によって可能な限り術後合併症を予防することが最も重要である．

・術後早期は縫合不全や創感染，晩期には吻合部狭窄や結石の嵌頓，傍ストマヘルニアあるいは代謝性アシドーシスの発生に注意する．

・外来ではナースと協力し，定期的に腹部の視触診を行い，ストマの脱出や狭窄，ストマ周囲の皮膚合併症を見逃さない．
