▶ポイント

・HIFUは,穿刺操作なく,治療領域を自由な形に設定でき,数ミリメートル単位で治療領域,非治療領域の組織変化の違いを鮮明にして治療する特徴をもち,局所療法に適した治療方法と考えられる.

・HIFUによる局所療法の長期成績は少ないが,低侵襲性が示されており,今後の症例の集積が期待される.
