▶ポイント

・前立腺癌に対し多くの放射線治療が行われているが，局所再発を起こした場合に強く推奨される救済治療はない．

・造影MRIとテンプレート針生検で再発部位を詳細に同定し，その部分だけの治療ができれば内分泌治療などの全身治療は不要となる．

・局所治療で管理できれば小さな病巣だけの未治療前立腺癌に凍結治療が適応できるかもしれない．
