前立腺癌の根治的放射線治療後の再発に対する救済小線源療法

▶ポイント

・限局性前立腺癌に対する放射線治療後の再発例が増加してくることが予想され，エビデンスに基づいた救済治療戦略を確立することが急務である．

・放射線治療後の局所再発に対する救済低線量率小線源療法は，安全性が高く，再度根治を望める治療オプションの1つである．

・今後さらに症例を重ね，長期にわたる経過観察および有害事象の追跡が必要であろう．
