小径腎細胞癌に対する凍結療法

▶ポイント

・各ガイドラインにおいて，小径腎癌に対する標準治療は腎部分切除術であり，腎凍結療法は高齢者や合併症のため手術のリスクが高い患者に対するオプションという位置づけである．

・腎凍結療法は局所麻酔下に経皮的に施行でき，低侵襲な治療法といえる．

・腎凍結療法は局所の残存・再発率は腎部分切除術と比較すると高いが，再凍結療法により十分な局所制御が可能である．
