小径腎癌に対するRFA

▶ポイント

・小径腎癌に対するRFAは治療技術の進歩によりほぼ全症例で画像（主にCT）ガイド下の経皮的治療で行われている．このため手術に比較して低侵襲であり，繰り返し施行することも可能である．

・一次治療成功率は82.4〜95.5％，5年局所制御率は86〜100％であり，外方突出型や3cm未満の腫瘍であれば局所制御率は良好である．

・合併症では尿路狭窄（特に腎盂尿管移行部狭窄）に注意が必要．局所制御の評価のためには正確な画像評価を行う必要がある．
