▶ポイント

・転移性腎細胞癌治療において，転移巣の外科的完全切除は予後に寄与する可能性がある．

・転移性腎細胞癌治療において，転移巣切除術は全身療法（分子標的療法や免疫療法）と組み合わせることにより，全身療法を補完する地固め療法となる可能性がある．

・今後は，外科的CR達成後の治療方針の確立が待たれる．
