▶ポイント

・パーキンソン病の下部尿路機能障害（LUTD）は，蓄尿障害のほか，夜間多尿や機能性のLUTDを伴うことが多い．

・多系統萎縮症のLUTDは，排尿障害を合併する例が多いほか，著明な夜間多尿や運動症状による機能性のLUTDを伴うことが多い．

・アルツハイマー病では，中核症状や行動・心理症状による機能性のLUTDを伴うことが多い．
