▶ポイント

・腎損傷以外の他臓器損傷にも注意して，循環動態を把握しながら治療にあたる．

・経カテーテル動脈塞栓術では，損傷部位を明確にして，必要最小限の塞栓を行う．

・凝固障害を早期に認識して，状態に適した塞栓物質や治療方針を選択する．
