尿道外傷

▶ポイント

・尿道外傷の急性期は原則として尿道の修復は行わず，膀胱瘻造設による尿のドレナージにとどめる．

・外傷後少なくとも3か月以上待機してから尿道狭窄症の有無を評価する．

・尿道狭窄症は尿道形成術で治療する．内尿道切開，ブジー，ステントなどの経尿道的治療は成功率が低く，狭窄を複雑化させるリスクがある．
