▶ポイント

・診断には超音波検査，MRIが有用である．

・早期の外科的処置により精巣機能の温存が期待できるため，精巣破裂が疑われる場合には積極的に手術を検討する．

・外傷によるその後の精巣機能，妊孕性への影響は明確にされていないが，治療にあたってはその可能性について十分なインフォームド・コンセントが必要である．
