尿道損傷

ここがポイント
◉膜様部尿道から外尿道口までの損傷を含む前部尿道損傷と，前立腺部尿道から膜様部尿道の損傷を含む後部尿道損傷に大きく分類される．
◉前部尿道損傷は陰部打撲（騎乗型損傷straddle injury）による球部尿道損傷，後部尿道損傷は骨盤骨折に伴う症例が代表的である．
◉骨盤骨折，会陰部外傷，陰茎折症の患者が排尿困難や外尿道口から出血している場合には原則として逆行性尿道造影（RUG）を行うべきである．
